China South City is a RMB 2.6 million landmark project and industrial materials trading flagship for both China and overseas market.






The project is being developed on a 1.5 km square site at Pinhu Logistics Base in Shenzhen.





This project is jointly developed by 5 prominent investors from the Carrianna Group, Man Sang Group, Kin Hip Metal & Plastic Factory Ltd., Luk Ka International Ltd. and Kings Faith International Ltd.

1.Leather and Accessories Trade Centre
2.Textile and Clothing Materials Trade Centre
3.Metals, Chemicals, Plastic Materials Trade Centre
4.Printing, Paper Products and Packaging Materials Trade Centre
5.Electronic Accessories Trade Centre

All similar companies are grouped together under the same Trade Centre so as to provide competitive pricing as well as to prevent some suppliers from selling fake goods.


As such, customers could easily compare the price and quality of the products. More than half of the suppliers come from China itself and others from countries like Germany and France.

Facilities includes shuttle services, free parking, cheaper phone line, and CSC magazines to provide suppliers' information for buyers to compare.

China South City's 2nd phase project is now on the run, estimated to be completed within a few years time. This time round, selling finished goods.
